Job Description

Our client, a Major Broadcasting & Media Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Presentation Designer to support executive-level storytelling and visual communication. This role focuses on creating polished, brand-aligned presentations and visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. The ideal candidate has an expert eye for design, strong presentation-building experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, onsite creative environment.

Location: New York, NY (Onsite 5 days/week)

Duration: 3-month W2 Contract - open to extension/conversion

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-impact, executive-facing presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Transform complex data, narratives, and creative concepts into clean, visually compelling slides.
• Maintain brand consistency across all decks and visual materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into clear visual stories.
• Create custom graphics, charts, infographics, and layout designs as needed.
• Manage multiple presentation deadlines in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
• Prepare files for review sessions, live meetings, and stakeholder approvals.
• Provide creative recommendations and elevate the overall visual quality of internal and external materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years as a Presentation Designer, Sr. Visual Designer, or similar role.
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level corporate or media presentations.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to interpret content and determine the best visual approach for storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working onsite in fast-turn, high-pressure creative environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within a media, entertainment, news, or streaming environment.
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills for enhancing key slides.
• Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives.
