What We Offer:

- Banking Officer V: $108,000 - $138,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service the credit needs of businesses, consumers, and professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Conduct credit analysis, structure loan terms, and present recommendations for approval.
- Monitor loan portfolios for compliance, credit quality, and past-due status.
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying banking products and services that best fit clients' needs.
- Collaborate with Community Bank Presidents to provide guidance to both commercial and consumer banking officers.
- Participate in networking and community involvement activities to enhance visibility and build connections.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- Provide support to retail and treasury management functions as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Banking Officer IV: 6+ years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, or portfolio management, or equivalent banking and financial education.
- Banking Officer V: 8+ years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, or portfolio management, or equivalent banking and financial education.
- Proven expertise in client development and business sourcing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive banking experience.
