We’re looking for a warm, clever, and service-driven Barista to join our café team! If you love connecting with people, thrive under pressure, and have a keen eye for creating elevated experiences, we want to meet you.

☕ About the Role

• Job Type: Part-time (Hourly)
• Schedule: ~20+ hours/week
• Open availability required, especially Sundays
• Pay: $16.50–$17.00/hour + tips

✨ Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness
• Operate the register, take orders, and recommend drinks confidently
• Learn and memorize our drink menu, ingredients, and preparation steps
• Efficiently craft multiple beverages at once while maintaining quality
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace throughout your shift
• Follow all health and safety standards consistently
• Communicate with customers and teammates clearly and professionally
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the best customer experience, from ambiance to execution

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
• Able to lift and move items up to 20 pounds

✅ Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card
• Open availability on weekends is a strong preference
