Responsibilities - The Clinical Intern basic nursing tasks to include patient care, reporting patient conditions, circumstances, and maintaining equipment and unit cleanliness.
- The Clinical intern must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit.
- Conditions: May be required to work irregular schedules. Potential exposure to hazard materials/situations to include but not limited to, blood-borne pathogens, ionizing radiation, and communicable diseases.

Qualifications Job Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled and in good academic standing in nursing
program at Amarillo College, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, or West Texas A&M University. - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be enrolled in an accredited nursing program with an anticipated program completion within 24 months from the date hire.
