Role Description
The Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of freight across various locations in the United States. Core duties include vehicle inspection, route planning, adherence to safety regulations, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation. Drivers will operate company-maintained vehicles and work collaboratively with dispatchers to ensure efficient logistics operations. This position requires a commitment to safety and a customer-first approach.
Pay and Benefits:
• $0.70 per mile or 30% of gross
• Detention pay available
• Consistent OTR miles
• Take the truck home
• No micromanagement
Equipment:
• 2025–2026 Freightliner / Volvo / Peterbilt
• Automatic transmission
• Well-maintained, fully equipped and driver-friendly trucks
Routes and Schedule:
• OTR – 48 states
• Dry van freight only
• 3 weeks out / 3–4 days home
Requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL experience
• Ability to stay out 3 weeks OTR
• Pass drug test, DOT physical, and background check
• Meets MVR requirements (reviewed case-by-case)
• Reliable communication
Preferred (Not Required):
• Manual transmission experience
• Dry van experience
• Clean inspection history
