Description The Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer (CCAO) is a key executive responsible for leading all financial and accounting operations across the organization. This role encompasses oversight of general accounting, GAAP compliance, SEC reporting, inventory and cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, cost control, and internal management reporting. The CCAO ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, adherence to regulatory standards, and the implementation of best-in-class financial practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and operational accounting, along with strong analytical capabilities and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
