Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Engineer in Arizona. In this role, you'll lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction at every phase. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and management of civil engineering projects, providing technical guidance across a variety of infrastructure sectors

  • Conduct in-house quality assurance reviews of project work before final management approval

  • Coordinate directly with clients to address design questions and resolve engineering issues in a timely manner

  • Ensure all drawings and designs comply with company standards, applicable codes, and project specifications

  • Direct and prepare improvement plans, specifications, technical reports, and permit applications for diverse public and private projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Arizona

    • (We are seeking certified Project Engineers, but will also consider candidates with significant pipeline design experience who can perform advanced engineering tasks)

  • 3–5 years of project engineering experience in civil infrastructure design (including drainage, water, utilities, and pipelines)

  • Proficiency in Civil3D, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS

  • Experience producing construction plans and documents from concept through completion, including:

    • Survey data processing

    • Base map development

    • Utility research and conflict resolution
