A fast-growing construction company specializing in pipeline maintenance and repair is seeking a skilled Construction Administrative Assistant with strong ERP experienceideally in Acumatica . This role plays a key part in managing job data, supporting digital system transitions, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining federal contracting compliance.
Input and manage job data (labor, scheduling, materials) in Acumatica ERP
Support the transition from QuickBooks and manual tracking systems to Acumatica
Maintain accuracy in job costing, billing, and project tracking
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to keep operations running smoothly
Assist in training staff on Acumatica functionality and new workflows
Ensure documentation aligns with federal contracting and reporting requirements
Organize records and support audit preparation
Provide general administrative support as needed
2+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination
Strong ERP system knowledge (preferably Acumatica or comparable platforms)
Experience with QuickBooks and ERP transition processes
Solid understanding of federal contracting guidelines and compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy with ERP tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
Comfortable training colleagues and simplifying technical processes
