Talis Group’s client is a well-established and growing real estate development firm known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. They are searching for a Site Construction Supervisor to be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely completion of site work for a Class A multi-family new construction project. This is a long-term position as additional projects are lined up for the next 5 – 10 years.

Salary range: $85 – 110K + full benefits package.

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:

• Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis.
• Supervise and coordinate all civil works including grading, excavation, trenching, paving, utility installation, and soil compaction.
• Supervise the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control. 
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing to budgets, and monitoring progress.
• Report on-site activities and resolve site-level challenges.

Highlighted Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in real estate or civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction earthwork, grading, paving and utilities installation, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to manage teams and ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Procore Construction Management Software.
• Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR) preferred.
