CRM Manager - Law firm - Philadelphia - Center City, NYC - $115-135k

Our client is seeking a skilled Law Firm CRM Manager with Interaction experience to join their growing firm. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the implementation and management of the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with a particular focus on client interaction and satisfaction.
The CRM manager will oversee the collection and analysis of client data, develop strategies to optimize client relationships, and work closely with our legal team to ensure effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in CRM management within a law firm setting, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client interaction and satisfaction through the CRM system.
Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of client data within the CRM system.
Create and maintain client profiles, including contact information, communications, and interaction history.
Collaborate with relevant departments (legal, marketing, business development) to gather and analyze relevant client information for improved insights and decision-making.
Establish processes for tracking and responding to client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Train attorneys and staff on CRM system functionalities and encourage best practices in utilizing the system.
Identify opportunities to improve the CRM system, including upgrades, new functionalities, and integrations with other tools.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM management, incorporating these into the law firm's strategy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards when handling client data.
Collaborate with IT and software vendors to troubleshoot system issues and implement necessary solutions.
Provide regular reports and updates to firm leadership on CRM system utilization, client engagement metrics, and overall performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; .
Proven experience as a CRM Manager within a law firm, with a strong focus on client interaction and satisfaction.
Familiarity with law firm operations, legal practice areas, and client service protocols.
Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, InterAction, or Clio, and familiarity with legal-specific CRM solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully implementing CRM strategies.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to client data management in the legal industry.
