Customer Support Representative
Remote – Legacy Wealth Associates, LLC

What the job actually looks like:

• You’ll answer emails and calls from customers who need help understanding or using our services.

• You’ll participate in scheduled Zoom meetings with customers to provide direct support, guidance, and walk-throughs.

• You’ll offer tailored service —making sure each customer feels informed and cared for.

• You’ll stay up to date on our products and services so you can be a trusted point of contact.

• You’ll keep records accurate and organized in our system to help our team stay aligned.

This might be for you if:

• You’ve worked in a support, service, or assistant role before (preferred, but not required).

• You’re a clear communicator—whether writing, speaking, or on Zoom.

• You’re patient, thoughtful, and confident under pressure.
