LaSalle Network is partnering with a Houston-based organization to hire a Data Entry Clerk for a hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring occasional onsite presence for meetings and training. If you're detail-driven, Excel-savvy, and prefer focused, behind-the-scenes work, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative internal team.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you’ll support internal operations through data validation, documentation review, and Excel reporting. 

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

• Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness

• Organize and process large volumes of information using Excel

• Conduct quality checks on documentation, notes, and images

• Communicate with internal team members via Microsoft Teams and Outlook

• Maintain consistent and accurate records to support internal processes

Data Entry Clerk Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Comfortable working on repetitive, task-driven projects

• Able to work independently and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines

• Based in Houston, TX and available to work a hybrid schedule
