Job Description

About Noovo

Noovo is redefining van life through design, comfort, and craftsmanship. Built on premium chassis with European-inspired interiors, every Noovo van is designed to feel like home wherever the road leads. Headquartered in Las Vegas, Noovo is one of the fastest-growing lifestyle vehicle brands in the U.S., known for its modern aesthetic, transparent process, and authentic community of travelers who choose to live differently

About the Role

Provide an exceptional delivery experience to every Noovo customer—from pre-delivery communication to vehicle preparation, handover, and post-delivery follow-up—while ensuring flawless execution of the Delivery Process in collaboration with Production, Service, and Sales.

What You'll Do:

Pre-Delivery Customer Communication

  • Contact customers prior to delivery to prepare them for their new Noovo.
  • Send and explain pre-delivery materials such as how-to videos (electrical, water, climate, appliances), documents and tutorials, packing recommendations and first-trip tips.
  • Answer early questions to reduce stress and ensure the customer arrives confident.
  • Confirm final delivery date, required documents, final payment, and logistics.
  • Guide customers on how to best prepare for their first days with the van.

Quality & Control

  • Own the Noovo Delivery Checklist and confirm all systems function correctly.
  • Report and track quality issues for continuous improvement.
  • Work directly with Production to correct any items prior to delivery.

Complete Delivery Process Management

  • Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments with customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare vehicles prior to customer handover (inspection, cleaning, system setup).
  • Lead full delivery walk-throughs (electrical, water, heating/AC, safety, driving, accessories).
  • Ensure all delivery documents are complete (contracts, checklists, registration).

Ambassador Program

  • Introduce the Ambassador Program at delivery.
  • Collect sign-ups and manage early onboarding steps (content request, communication).

Customer Success & Post-Delivery Follow-up

  • Conduct follow-ups with customers at Day 3 and Day 30.
  • Assist with first-use questions and provide guidance as they get accustomed to their Noovo.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction consistent with Noovo’s premium positioning.

Sales & Showroom Support

  • Manage test drives and conduct showroom tours.
  • Welcome visitors and support sales advisors when needed.
  • Participate in events (trade shows, open houses, video shoots)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer communication and service mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several deliveries simultaneously.
  • Passionate about outdoor, travel, or van life.
  • Able to follow structured processes with precision.
  • Calm, professional, and solution-oriented with premium customers.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Basic knowledge of 12V/48V electrical systems or RV plumbing.
  • Experience in automotive, RV, or vehicle delivery roles.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000 – $75,000/year depending on experience.
  • Quarterly bonus based on delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Access to VIP events
  • Access to a company vehicle for work-related tasks
  • Growth potential within a rapidly scaling, design-forward company

How to Apply

Send your resume and cover letter (yes, we will actually read it!) and please answer the following questions in your cover letter:

  • A specific time you turned a standard professional interaction into a "wow" moment for a customer. What was the situation, and how did you exceed their expectations?
  • Whether you’ve worked on, lived in or just rented one for a weekend, tell us about your experience with RVs or van life.
