We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online advertising and social media efforts. Based in Orange, California, this role requires a creative and analytical individual who can craft engaging content, manage campaigns, and drive meaningful results. - Manage community engagement across social platforms, building relationships and understanding audience needs.
- Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed of industry trends and adjust strategies to align with updates from platforms like Google.
- Investigate and resolve performance issues in digital campaigns, identifying areas for growth and innovation.
- Drive brand awareness through targeted campaigns and creative storytelling.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid and search advertising.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms and community engagement.
- Background in consumer products marketing, with an understanding of audience behavior and preferences.
- Ability to adapt to changes in digital advertising platforms and implement necessary adjustments.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing advertising campaigns.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
