Dishwasher
SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire several Dishwashers for a growing grocery store that recently opened in Lynnwood, WA. Ideal candidate will be comfortable wish washing large amounts of dishes per day and be on their feet for long periods of time
LOCATION: Lynnwood, WA
PAY: $18 - $19
SCHEDULE: Must have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends
· First shift: 9am – 10pm (5-9 hours/day)
· Second Shift: Friday – Monday 9am - 430pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment according to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment regularly.
• Empty trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Provide clean utensils and cookware promptly to kitchen staff.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs for dishwashing equipment.
SKILLS:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
