Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay Range is $18.00-20.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Driver helper will be expected to assist driver in delivering, and/or unload windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner to our dealers, distribution centers and/or construction job sites using a box truck.

• Responsible for the safe and efficient unloading of windows and doors
• Responsible for delivering the correct product to our customers and completing all required paperwork accurately
• Complies rules and company procedures while performing job duties
• Tailgating finished goods manufactured by Prime Windows ensuring accurate product count and unloading/loading and securing return merchandise when authorized
• Interacts courteously and professionally with dispatcher, company (shipping, customer service, and transportation) staff, and customers
• Includes other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Shipping Manager

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in loading, particularly in a window manufacturing environment preferred
• Glass handling and/or glass knowledge preferred
• Forklift experience/certification is preferred
