This role is central to managing and delivering eCommerce projects that drive business success and enhance customer experiences. You will oversee multiple projects from initiation to launch, collaborating closely with clients, designers, and developers to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position involves strategic planning, hands-on coordination, and problem-solving across diverse teams, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and continuously improving project processes. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of eCommerce projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams including design, development, and client services to align on project goals and requirements.
  • Track project schedules, identify risks, and proactively remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
  • Provide high-level technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor and assure quality across all project deliverables.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, action items, and technical specifications.
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagement.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in eCommerce.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, designers, and developers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinker, problem solver, and self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of eCommerce technology, including product data, data structures, and data management.
