Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking motivated, skilled, and safety-focused Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or local to Kentucky and willing to attend in-person interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and support equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layouts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical circuits, PLCs, CNC machines, and robotics.
• Work with low and high voltage systems, motion/motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other industrial systems.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs, Kawasaki robots, and related control systems.
• Assist in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance and help train team members in equipment upkeep.

Requirements:

• Industrial electrician experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of low and high voltage systems and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, CNC machines, and industrial electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
• Must pass background check, drug test (hair follicle), physical, and E-Verify.
• Reliable transportation and capable of working in non-temperature-controlled and dirty environments.

Education/Certifications (Preferred):

• Electrical degree, diploma, or certification.
• Journeyman’s Electrical License (current or expired).
