Job Description

Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields).
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
At least [X] years of teaching experience (preferred).
Experience teaching both online and offline (in-person) is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms (for online teaching). · Teach English language courses to students of various levels (beginner to advanced).
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
Provide feedback and guidance to students on their language development.
Adapt teaching methods for both online and in-person settings.
Participate in training programs and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching quality.
Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment.
