Join Our Team as an Event Coordinator at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and vision.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for and adhered to.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure agreements.
• Coordinate event logistics, including catering, audiovisual needs, and on-site management.
• Promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and flyers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
