Job Title: Farm Equipment Operator

Pay: $18/hr. to $23/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate farm machinery such as tractors, sprayers, spreaders, and other equipment to apply fertilizer products.

  • Ensure accurate application rates and proper coverage of fertilizer products.

  • Calibrate equipment routinely to maintain precision and efficiency.

  • Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections on application equipment.

  • Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring all components function properly.

  • Assist in minor equipment repairs and report major issues to supervisor.

  • Assist with mixing and loading chemicals, while following safety protocols.

  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety policies.

  • Maintain accurate application logs, including product usage, weather conditions, and field data.

What Makes You Qualified?
  • Able to work overtime and weekends through busy seasons.

  • Must possess valid driver's license.

  • Must be willing to obtain a Class A CDL (with our assistance).

  • Must be willing to obtain a Pesticide Applicator's license (with our assistance).

  • Must be willing to obtain appropriate endorsements.

  • Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test.
