About The Role The USPDev team at CMM is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our innovative engineering group. In this role, you'll contribute to our greenfield applications that are transforming healthcare delivery while working alongside a collaborative team of skilled professionals who take pride in consistent delivery and technical excellence. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Typically requires 3+ years of professional experience in full stack software development What You'll Do

• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript and React
• Collaborate with our talented USPDev engineers to architect and implement Azure cloud solutions
• Help build and maintain our event-driven architecture leveraging Kafka
• Turn complex business requirements into elegant, simple technical solutions
• Contribute to our team's reputation for consistently burning down the backlog with high-quality deliverables by delivering on time and on budget
• Participate in our agile ceremonies and technical planning sessions

What You'll Bring (Desired Experience)

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React development
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and infrastructure
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and experience with Kafka
• Track record of successfully contributing to greenfield application development
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently tackle and complete backlog items
• Collaborative approach to software development and problem-solving
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve as we innovate
• Around 3+ years of relevant working experience building software applications

Preferred Experience With

• Healthcare applications, particularly EHR integrations
• FHIR standard, Smart on FHIR Integrations, and healthcare data exchange
• Previous experience in Software Engineering roles with high delivery expectations
• Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
