Job Title: HFM / DRM Support Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HFM/DRM Support Consultant to provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Data Relationship Management (DRM) applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise across both platforms, with a focus on issue resolution, performance tuning, and business user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and maintenance for HFM and DRM environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to metadata, consolidations, data loads, and integrations
• Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies
• Support business users in month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements
• Maintain documentation for support procedures, configurations, and known issues
• Coordinate with Oracle support for product-related issues as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience with Oracle HFM and DRM
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and metadata management
• Hands-on experience in HFM rule writing, data integration, and error handling
• Familiarity with Smart View, FDMEE, and EPM Automate is a plus
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote support role
