Job Description

As an Immigration Coordinator, you will support the Immigration Program Manager with daily operations related to non-immigrant and immigrant visa processing, while ensuring full compliance with U.S. immigration laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and processing of nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, F-1, L-1, B-1) and immigrant PERM cases.
• Draft, compile, and organize forms, letters, supporting documents, and correspondence.
• Submit immigration petitions to outside counsel and track case progress.
• Support PERM recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure accurate compliance records: H-1B posting notices, Public Access Files, and PERM audit files.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition to obtain job descriptions and required role details.
• Coordinate the F-1 STEM OPT Form I-983 process for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Legal Studies, International Business, or similar field; or Immigration Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved program).
• Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with immigration systems such as INSZoom, Visatrax, or Connect is a plus.
