Responsibilities Include:

• Mastering safety, quality, and maintenance operating procedures.
• Rapid response to machinery troubles and safety threats.
• Studying and explaining design schematics for task execution.
• Conducting ongoing mechanical repairs to production equipment.
• Recording precise documentation for each job process.
• Maintaining an exemplary workspace to promote safety.
• Coordinating effectively with plant personnel for smooth operations.
• Adhering to and exceeding safety and attendance protocols.
• Undertaking other assorted duties as designated.

Qualifications:

• Proven industrial maintenance background.
• A minimum of two years in manufacturing duties with a history of favorable outcomes.
• Experience with computerized maintenance systems; Maintenance Connection is a plus.

Essential Skills:

• Effective interpersonal communication and computer skills.
• Initiative in diagnosing and rectifying repair issues.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting.

Physical and Work Environment Conditions:

• Work involves varied physical activities and exposure to manufacturing conditions.
• Includes occasional heavy lifting and adaptability to different environment conditions.

Educational and Technical Prerequisites:

Completion of high school or GED is essential; additional technical certification is advantageous.

Capability in crafting maintenance strategies, handling pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting industrial automation is expected. A journeyman’s license is preferred.
