Job Purpose: As an Industrial Process Innovator, you will drive enhancements in our Molded Fiber product line, fostering quality and efficiency improvements across our production environment.

• Collaborate to refine processes and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Ensure documenting of processes like PFMEAs and flow diagrams.
• Develop standardized procedures to enhance operational consistency.
• Work with management on production efficiencies and process control.
• Initiate design experiments and manage equipment justifications.
• Lead quality assessments and manage audit standards.
• Address quality concerns and ensure compliance with safety norms.
• Keep an excellent safety and attendance record.
• Complete various other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years within a manufacturing setting with supervisory experience.
• Skills in Continuous Improvement and SPC Gain Seeker.
• Preferred experience in food safety standards and Solid Works.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical and process control methods.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
