Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Associate to join our innovative fintech team in Salinas, CA. This role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to lead a team within the ever-evolving financial services industry. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will leverage cutting-edge technology and strategies to drive sales initiatives and contribute significantly to our company’s growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4-6 sales technicians to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to streamline sales processes and optimize client interactions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities within a 30-mile radius.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue prospective clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • Proficiency in using sales technology stack including ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
