Localization Optimization: Optimize store imagery and spatial layout based on the needs of the Malaysian market to enhance the brand’s visual recognition in the local market. Decoration Drawing Adaptation: Adjust and optimize decoration plans for different store types and locations, ensuring designs are both aesthetically appealing and practical, while complying with local regulations and construction standards. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure design plans are efficiently implemented and aligned with the brand’s tonality.
