IV Infusion Technician (Full-Time) – Career Growth Opportunity

Location:  Rogers & Fayetteville, Arkansas
Hours:  Full-Time (35–40 hours/week)
Compensation:  $25–$27/hour + tips + commissions ($3-5/hr)
Reports To:  Clinic Director / Assistant Clinic Director
Career Track:  Opportunity for promotion to  Assistant Clinic Director  after performance review (90 days)

What You'll Do

Patient Care & Clinical Excellence

  • Start IVs and administer IM injections with precision and care

  • Monitor patient response and ensure safety and comfort

  • Educate clients about therapies, supplements, and long-term health goals

  • Maintain top-tier cleanliness, documentation, and safety standards

Clinic Operations & Leadership Support

  • Prepare IV drips and manage daily treatment flow

  • Track and restock inventory as needed

  • Support scheduling, ordering, and overall clinic organization

  • Collaborate with Clinic Director and Assistant Director on efficiency and quality initiatives

Customer Experience

  • Greet clients warmly and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere

  • Build trust through clear, compassionate communication

  • Address client questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism

Leadership Growth (Path to Assistant Director)

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities, teamwork, and accountability

  • Participate in team training, meetings, and culture-building

  • Take initiative in improving processes and supporting team goals

  • After 90-day performance review, eligible for promotion consideration to  Assistant Clinic Director

  Qualifications

  • Required License: RN, Paramedic

  • 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred

  • Excellent IV skills and bedside manner

  • Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and patient-focused

  • Passionate about wellness, integrative health, and functional medicine
