The Maintenance Manager assists the Plant Engineer in leading and directing salaried and hourly personnel engaged in all phases of the plant engineering function, including installation, and repair and maintenance of all plant systems, equipment, grounds and facilities. This individual is expected to place an emphasis on providing a committed and high level of technical service in a safe manner, while partnering with other leaders to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality and efficiency.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
