Marketing Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage, pick-up and delivery catering logistics, retain current accounts, and acquire new business accounts
• Be the first point of contact or “face of the business” in the local community and promote the Chick-fil-A Brand
• Represent Chick-fil-A at various community events
• Build relationships with local community leaders, business owners, and schools with an effort to intentionally grow our brand
• Respond to all donations request in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Develop annually and monthly marketing plans that align with our strategy and goals
• Manage all social media, post regularly (Use relevant and digital media to communicate any product offerings)
• Manage digital platforms to drive traffic around specific opportunities, product trial, and overall sales growth
• Marketing costs (food and expenses) are within the established budget
• Assist in new product rollouts and seasonal rollouts
• Spend time in operations working alongside the team
• Smile and speak enthusiastically
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly and accurate service
• Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Fulfill orders such as bagging, serving food, and filling drinks
• Maintain a clean work environment including front counter, dinning room, and bathrooms
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Other duties as assigned
