Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves working the night shift (6PM-6AM, 2x2x3 pattern) , ensuring the smooth operation of our plant’s production machinery and facilities. Your day will be an adventure of diagnosing, installing, and maintaining mechanical equipment with precision.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• File, align, and repair production machines and plant mechanical equipment with precision tools.
• Diagnose mechanical failures, handle pneumatic and hydraulic malfunctions.
• Utilize a variety of tools and instruments for equipment installation and repairs.
• Read technical diagrams and prints to repair and install equipment.
• Conduct minor machining and welding as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas ensuring a safe environment.
• Solve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Work with high voltage systems and troubleshoot control circuits.
• Conduct testing on equipment using advanced meters.
• Repair and maintain various electro-mechanical devices.

Qualification Snapshot:

• High School Diploma/GED; 3-5 years of similar experience.
• Strong grasp of electrical theories and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in tool operation for system repairs.
• Forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift operational skills.
• Solid communication, decision-making, and math skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, mainly in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience in thermoforming and extrusion environments.
• Welding expertise is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical devices.
