Are you a dynamic and experienced Cath Lab Nurse with a passion for leadership? We're hiring a Cath Lab Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee our high-performing cardiovascular team. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Develop policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives.
Provide direct patient care as needed in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred) .
Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact State .
5+ years of recent clinical experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar specialty.
35 years of nurse leadership or management experience required.
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
