Role Description:
Modern Med is expanding our Wellness services and seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and develop wellness services within an established, high-performing aesthetic medical practice.
This role is part-time initially, with a clear pathway to full-time employment as patient volume and services expand. Ideal for an NP who is entrepreneurial-minded, confident working independently, and excited to grow alongside a fast-scaling brand. Previous experience is a plus but not required! Modern Med will provide all necessary training!
- Role OverviewProvide wellness-focused patient-centered care under medical director oversight
- Conduct patient evaluations, education, and follow-up
- Deliver and support wellness services including personalized weight loss, peptide and hormone replacement therapy (training provided)
- Document care accurately and thoroughly in the EMR
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
- Collaborate with leadership to help build, refine, and expand wellness offerings
- Participate in social media content creation and posting related to services (training and guidance provided)
Qualifications:
- Active Adult Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri
- Comfortable working independently with physician/medical director oversight
- Strong attention to detail and excellent clinical judgment
- Solid understanding of HIPAA and compliant medical documentation
- Experience with EMR systems
- Comfortable representing the brand professionally on social media
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and team-oriented approach
- Motivated to improve the lives of our patients through personalized wellness plans
