Office Assistant

United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine is looking for a reliable, organized, and team-oriented Office Assistant to support our busy real estate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
• Create, assemble, and mail property information packages
• Design and produce postcards and basic marketing materials
• Scan, file, and organize documents (both digital and physical)
• Assist agents and office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Work closely with a team to support real estate transactions and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable answering phones and communicating clearly
• Basic computer skills (email, document scanning, simple design/layout work)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team-player mindset with a positive, professional attitude
• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
