As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and providing excellent customer service to our visitors and callers. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
• Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings..
• Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using office equipment, such as telephone systems and computers.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work some evening / Saturday hours.
