Purpose: 

To support the Store Manager in optimizing sales and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the overall performance and efficiency of the store.

Location: Macys South Coast Plaza

Payrate: $18/hour

Hours: up to 28 hours per week

Accountabilities:

• Greet and assist Seraphine customers, offering product information, advice, and solutions to meet their needs.
• Assist with stock control, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and compliant with safety regulations.
