Job Description

Club Pilates Palm Coast is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to join our rapidly growing studio. The ideal candidate has a passion for Pilates and helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes, providing individualized instruction, and creating a positive and motivating environment for our members and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading group Pilates classes for members of all fitness levels
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members
• Visually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment
• Assisting with membership sales, class scheduling and member check-ins

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent
• Experience teaching group classes, preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Punctual, reliable and dedicated
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
