Role Description

This is a full-time Plumber position based on-site in Bluffton, SC. The Plumber will be responsible for performing general plumbing tasks, such as installing and repairing water systems and fixtures primarily in residential homes . Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently while meeting high-quality standards. Interaction with customers is an integral part of the role, requiring a commitment to excellent service and communication. We ideally are looking for someone with a SC plumbing license who may enjoy checking in on existing crews daily and offering technical advice and problem solving versus installing every day! We are providing an equipped van for daily use, 3+ weeks of paid vacation, 4 paid Holidays and bonus potential for maintaining our 5 star rating!

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Plumbing and Pipe installation and repairs
  • Experience in Managing remodel sites and/ or crews
  • Strong Customer Service and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a professional team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid plumbing certification or license is preferred
  • Prior experience in residential and/or commercial projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to lift and handle tools or materials for on-site tasks
