Rosetta Hall is looking for a highly organized and proactive Bar Production Specialist to support our beverage operations behind the scenes. This role is responsible for preparing and batching fresh juices, syrups, and cocktail ingredients, scaling recipes, managing inventory, and ensuring the freshness and safety of all perishable bar products. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and batch fresh juices, mixers, infusions, and cocktail ingredients according to standardized recipes.
Scale and adapt recipes for service based on volume and forecasted needs.
Monitor and maintain the quality, freshness, and rotation of all perishable ingredients.
Manage daily mise en place for bar service, ensuring all bar stations are fully stocked.
Label, date, and properly store all prepared ingredients in compliance with food safety standards.
Track inventory levels and communicate purchasing needs to the bar manager.
Clean and sanitize equipment, prep areas, and containers regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the bar team to improve production workflows and reduce waste.
Previous experience in bar prep, kitchen prep, or similar production role.
Understanding of bar ingredients, juice extraction methods, and safe food handling.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable with scaling recipes and using kitchen math.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with general food safety guidelines.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work is primarily back-of-house with refrigeration, juicing equipment, and commercial kitchen tools.
