Scribe Winery is currently looking to hire a Production Assistant to help with our growing custom crush business.
The Production Assistant is responsible for the oversight and execution of all day-to-day operations involving custom crush client wines and winemaking. They provide direct support to the custom crush Production Manager in managing the cellar team to execute client workorders and care for client equipment. They will also assist the Cellar Master in the general care and upkeep of the whole winemaking facility, general equipment organization, maintenance and repairs. The Production Assistant will be heavily relied upon to manage client wine movements, sanitation protocols, work orders, database management, oversee client bottling operations and maintain all cellar equipment and mechanical equipment operating safely and correctly. This position requires someone motivated with strong organizational and computer skills, ability to work as a team and independently, multi-tasking, and with great people skills.Receive an email alert when similar new jobs are posted.
