Salary Range: $81,000 - $102,000 annually (based on experience)
Job Description:
Harwood Global LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of both commercial and residential properties. This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, ensuring lease compliance, and maximizing property performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee property operations, maintenance, and inspections
Handle tenant communications, lease agreements, and renewals
Coordinate vendors and maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep
Ensure timely rent collection and manage budgets
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and local laws
Prepare regular reports on property status and financial performance
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in property management (commercial and/or residential)
Strong knowledge of lease agreements, local property laws, and tenant relations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient with property management software and MS Office
Florida Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
