Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate patient care and communicate plans with the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Advocate for patients and families; provide education and support
• Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns
• Support patient- and family-centered care practices
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and required training
• Mentor and support other nursing staff as needed
• Uphold professional conduct, ethics, and shared governance principles
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills; Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Excellent communication and care coordination skills
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team
• Willingness to participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and shared governance
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
