Iron global Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer The Opportunity We are looking for an Account Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to an assigned Sr. Account Executive within the loan origination process. You Will Provide Support To The Sales Department By - Aiding and supporting in administrative and marketing duties that support the assigned Sr. Account Executive - Conducting follow-up calls to brokers, customers, and prospects - Facilitating the loan process procedure to ensure loans move to processing, gathering required documentation, utilizing DocuSign, and ordering title and appraisals - Managing and responding appropriately to all correspondence, planning, and scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments as needed - Ensuring all required documentation is fully completed, organized, and retained according to established processes - Entering data into spreadsheets and/or loan databases - Performing special projects, research, and/or analysis as needed - Completing other assigned tasks and projects per business needs - Starting Salary Range: $24.00 - 29.15/hr. (This position is Non-Exempt/Non-Management) What We Are Looking For - Someone with 2 years of administrative experience - Someone with HS/GED equivalent - Someone with the ability to use standard office equipment including laptop, telephone, headphone/ear-bud devices, and other peripheral electronics - Someone with knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel - Someone that is a motivated self-starter, organized, disciplined, and service-oriented attitude - Someone with attention to detail & accuracy - Someone with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment for top-producing Sr. Account Executive/Loan Originator - Someone with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills -
