About the Role

We're looking for driven professionals to partner with us in expanding our global presence. You'll use your communication and coordination skills to engage with warm leads, guide them through a discovery process, and provide high-touch onboarding and support - all within a structured business model, with full mentorship and training provided. This is not a traditional job. This is a self-employed, business-partnering opportunity - ideal for someone ready to back themselves, follow user-friendly proven systems, and create real change in their lifestyle and income.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured Zoom or Teams consultations (scripts provided) 
• Respond to inbound enquires and candidate interest
• Share business and product information
• Guide new partners through onboarding and early-stage training
• Contribute to and learn from weekly training and team calls
• Actively engage in your own personal development (you'll grow too!!)

• Have 10+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, people management, or consulting
• Are ready to transition from employment to elf-employment

• Communication confidently over video or phone
