• Digital Communication & Personal Branding – Use tools like LinkedIn, Zoom, email marketing, and Canva to amplify reach, storytelling, and influence.
• Learning & Development Enablement – Help clients access and implement powerful success education programs, leadership training, and mindset tools.
• Culture & Retention Advocacy – Promote inclusive, values-led growth environments and contribute to building future-focused people strategies.

✅ Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources , People & Culture , Talent Acquisition , Organizational Development , or Employee Engagement roles.
• Skilled in recruitment strategy , candidate experience , employer branding , and stakeholder communication .
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom, LinkedIn, Canva, CRM systems , and other digital communication platforms.
• Eager to pivot from corporate HR into something more flexible , impact-driven , and aligned with your purpose .
• Located in the USA with a reliable internet connection and self-motivation.
