Nurse Manager – Endoscopy (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Nurse Manager to step into a leadership role within a busy Endoscopy unit . This is a high-impact opportunity for a confident leader who can take charge, support staff, and keep operations running smoothly from day one.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 24 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Travel Pay: $3,162 weekly gross
• Local Pay: $75/hour (W2)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Endoscopy unit
• Provide strong clinical and operational leadership to nursing staff
• Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
• Support staffing, workflow, and team performance
• Jump in clinically when needed and keep the unit running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS (AHA) required
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Proven nurse manager or leadership experience
• Endoscopy experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lead confidently and independently from day one
• Prior travel experience is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• PASS/FAIL EKG and medication exam required prior to acceptance
• Study materials provided
• Minimum score of 85% required
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months to be eligible
