- Coordinates and oversees search and seizure activities and conducts investigations as assigned.
- Ensures civil rights are not violated and all proceedings are in compliance with Department Of Labor, Company and legal guidelines.
- Maintains effective public contact and communication.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety practices.
- Ensures compliance with Department Of Labor guidelines and The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program regulations.
- Conducts in service training for center staff as required.
- Conducts training for subordinates in all aspects of center safety and security. Must report unsafe conditions to supervisor anytime an unsafe condition arises.
- Completes required security logs, documents and records in a timely manner.
- Controls disturbances and assists staff in de-escalating the volatile situations.
- Other duties as assigned
- Three years of security or law enforcement experience, one of which was in a supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice or related field preferred ; or a combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification preferred
