Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IT projects in the Insurance domain using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Utilize Agile Project Management Tools, specifically Azure DevOps, to track progress and manage deliverables.
Serve as Scrum Master for at least 2 years, facilitating sprints, planning meetings, and demos.
Ensure collaboration with dependent teams, resolve impediments, and maintain smooth workflows for the scrum team.
Take ownership and accountability for project delivery while working independently.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing presentations and status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, techniques, and best practices.
SAFe certification is mandatory.
Minimum Insurance domain experience required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
