Manage Safety & Environmental staff
Build and scale a next-generation PSM program
Drive audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions
Engage with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
8+ years of HSE experience in chemical or process industries
3+ years in a leadership role
Strong background in PSM development
Bachelor's in Safety, Environmental, or Engineering
CSP or CSHM certification preferred
